"The guy who installed it was really great, and he made sure everything was working perfectly and that I knew how to fix any minor problems that I may come across before he left. "We have called and we have never received what was promised. After we signed up you started giving out dvrs we feel like we should get one and our bill for this month was 20 dollars too much last month it was correct but this month it was too much we did not receive our on demand over the internet and we have not received our 50 dollar credits and 25 dollar credits when we signed up it too nearly two hours to sign up and it was ridiculous and not getting our debit cards our it credited on our bills is so frustrating and makes us lose faith in your company and makes us think you are not true to your word! we were suppose to get 2free movies on-demand and blockbuster and we have no way of getting that and no information we were told we had to have a dvr to redeem that and if you give us something we can't use what is the point? please correct this!"
