"We are very happy with the programming and the service that we have and are receiving. I only wish I would have changed to DISH earlier to save me from problems with my past cable provider. So far I have only had one problem and that was with the remote. Last night I couldn't get it to work. I ended up taking the back cover off and removed only one battery on each row and put them back into the remote and that worked. I don't know why that happened because the remote wasn't dropped but if that is all that goes wrong, I will never complain. "
