"I have been a cable subscriber for ever. Never had Dish service...it all started with a phone call, from there. I needed 5 tv's connected...only got 3...called in...they can't do it the same day...next day tech did not know how to connect the internet to the boxes, next day same thing called in for help...that tech took care of it...come to find out thst I had to pay him to come out...called in again about bill got denied....my bank was charged 3 times for 105.69 to the wrong account..fixed that....get another bill...try to get explanation...DENIED AGAIN....I am sorry I got DISH"

"The service was good, but once again we were promised things we did not get. We wanted a sports package that included Cardinal baseball and were 'promised' we would have it by the sales rep. Guess what, it didn't happen once again. Now they are saying it is the State of Texas' fault. The reps should be better trained. We still haven't received the other box we requested...I give up!"

"Just recently moved from Direct Tv to Dish and I love it! With Dish I DO NOT pay for HD service and I could have one box for two tv's which makes it a lot cheaper. Instead of paying for each receiver with Direct TV. Great service and the price does not change every year. Thank you Dish."
