Misleading Reps.

"We agreed to make the switch do Dish after 14 years with Directv. Huge mistake for us, we have been lied to over and over in the 4 weeks we have been customers. We were not happy with the temporary install that basically put the dish on the ground in our front yard so we called to basically change our minds. We also wanted to get the hopper with joey which was coming soon. We were told that if we went through with the install the hopper would be a free upgrade in just a few weeks. A few weeks have passed and I saw the first commercial for the hopper just as she said I would. I called in happily to upgrade and BAM! 500 bucks to add the hopper. What? We are sorry sir for the misleading information you received you will have to pay to upgrade. Wow! That stinks so we will ride out this service until the end of the contract then switch back.
