"My installer did and excellent job. Very personable and Efficient. My only negative experience was the charge for HD TV. I was not told about the automatic deduction to My credit card in order to have free HD. As a previous Cable subscriber with a smart TV I have never been Charged for HDTV. I only get paid twice a month and This auto payment is between my pay times. I didn't Enroll in this and when I went to cancel it I was advised Tha I would not have free HD. I am not pleased with The lack of info on this. Not do I feel I should be charged For HD."

"I agreed for a certian package of programing at a given price. Unfortunately what I received was somewhat less than the sales person told me. The setup time was not as agreed but the setup tech was courteous and efficient. He did the installation quickly and well. The service works well but the lack of promised programming has left me feeling quite bad about the entire deal. Had I known before hand I would not have agreed to the deal. Since I gave my word I will live up to that word but it would have been much appreciated if I had been told the truth."
