"The guy that helped me was nice. However, he got the address wrong for where the installation was supposed to be. Instead of putting the installation address he put the billing address for my debit card, causing some phone calls needing to be made to fix the situation. In the end everything was installed good. The installer was really nice and completed the work very quickly and was helpful with getting other rooms set up."

"I think your customer service needs some work. I told the person i did not have net and did not know how long i would be with out it.Ask him to take off the extra stuff hbo showtime block buster etc. He did not. Now i am having trouble getting it off. Oh and i am being charged for it when its still in the free trial time frame."
