"I received a great customer service experience with the tech as far as satellite placement and cleanup of the work area he used during installation. My only concern was that after I had my internet service provider assist me to configure my dsl modem to my computer the tech reset the modem which made the internet service disconnect and I had to start over with re configuring my DSL modem for internet service again which was another 1hr long process. The tech also was not able to connect the internet to my tv for Blockbuster movie download. He advised Dish would call to reset the date to install the wireless internet to the tv but I have not received a call as of yet."

"Just started using Dish, and I'm pretty happy with the TV service. New to DVR, and it has been very nice recording shows I can't see while I'm at work. HD is pretty sweet as well! Had light rain come in and the service was having alot of trouble for over 4 hours. Unfortunate, but that is one thing to consider when getting satellite TV. Also, since there is only one receiver, the remote that I use while watching TV in my room has difficulty with button inputs being received. I have to angle my remote a certain way and point towards the receiver in my living room to get the channel to change. Otherwise, it is great service for a great price!"

"I recently changed from Mediacom to dish. I should have made the change a few years ago. Your people were very helpful in helping me get the package that best suited my needs.I was probably on the phone talking to this young lady 3 hours. I told her what I wanted and she started looking at what packages she could put together for the lowest price. I am amazed at the number of channels I get VS Mediacom for about 30 percent less than what I was paying them. I also get a few channels that were not on the list, one of which I watch quite a bit. Also, a few channels are not on the number on the card, such as AMC- a ch. I really wanted. When it did not come in on the number I was a little discouraged, but running through the CH. I found it under a different number.So far, I am totally happy- wish I had changed long before now."

"Youre service on instalation was late. Service tech Tim was great. Satelite service so far has been less than good. If the wind blows I lose service. Im not talking about a storm.
