"Ok so I'll start with the good , the reception HD , functionality good , although the hopper boxes get really hot , it concerns me as to how long they may actually last ! The bad , the installation guy , althought he was nice according to my wife , he left a HUGE MESS , at our house . He left boxes / trash everywhere , did not run a simple HDMI cable through a 3 ft section of wall ( super easy to do ) , as well as leaving over 3 cigarette butts and the loose bolts from our existing DirecTV dish in our driveway .... To top it off , the left our old satellite dish just laying in our flower bed ! VERY SLOPPY ! This says a lot about the installation departments managment ! Also when signing up , I was supposed to get a 50 dollar Visa card as a gift per Kristin at USDISH , have yet to see it ! When signing up , I asked her , how will I know if I'm actually going to get the 50 Dollar gift card that was promoted on USDISH.COM , she said you'll just have to take my word for it , she had no way of sending me a conformation ! All in all , the product seems good , but everything on the customer service end could use ALOT OF RE-STRUCTURING ! "

"I love my Dish. I am a first-time user of my Dish. I was always skeptical of using a dish since I was used and conformed to cable networks and I was afraid of trying new networks. However, since my new Dish, I have no regrets! I love the movies I get with Encore, America's Top 200 and 100 plus the free three-month additional movie packets. Plus, I was surprised to receive TWO Free Pay-Per-View movies for setting up my account online!!! I was so excited! The technician who installed our Dish was friendly and very helpful in setting us up and providing us with useful information, and I liked him immediately. Customer service with Dish is very friendly, answers in a timely manner, and is customer focused. I am very happy with Dish, and I will be recommending my family and friends on Facebook. Now that I have tried Dish, I will never go back! I Love, love, love it! Thank you, Dish."

"I was a Dish customer years ago, and am happy to be back. The rates are affordable and the service is great. We have had no difficulty adjusting to the new service. The technician was very helpful in getting us started. Customer service has also been very accomodating. One small difficulty I have experienced is that my main tv was set up as TV 2, so when I use online tv I can not use the main tv at the same time. I may want to see what is involved in correcting that."
