"We were misinformed upon installation as to exactly what dish was capable of, and now we are stuck in a two year contract. One very simple thing that we made sure to ask is if we could still be able to do was to catch up on shows we had not recorded ( like you CAN with cable). We were told yes, and this is not true. So we have missed many. I hope the next TWO years get better! I think that misinformation should be grounds for letting us cancel without being charged! Nope."
