"Just moved to an area that did not offer cable services, but was offered dish services. I have never had dish before, but man I am so glad I have it now. If I knew what I was missing I would have never waited this long. Love the DVR and being able to record 6 programs at once during prime time. The hopper is great and the channel selection is outstanding. I am very satisfied and would never switch back to cable."

"Honestly I am pretty disappointed in Dish network because I feel I was lied to to sign up with Dish. I was told I would get 12 months of free premium channels for being a new customer, and when I got my first bill it stated I was only getting the Premium Channels for 3 months, then I would start being charged $35 more a month. Now I am stuck in some investigation that is going to take up to 2 weeks. Im not happy with DISH"

"I became a customer strictly to save money and am happy with the low rate I have. Of course, I was taught you get what you pay for so I shouldn't be too disappointed. However, I do wish I did not have to be locked into a contract for a year (even though I get the business tactic behind it). I do regret the couple stations I lost that I would have been able to receive with just having a digital converter box (FX, TNT). So far the satellite service is acceptable and the customer service has been equal to what I have been receiving from my previous provider."
