"I am so lost with Dish. I can't find my favorite shows. I have yet to find ONE of the movie channels. And I purchased a new tv for the bedroom (HD) and it takes TWO remotes to operate. I am sooooo frustrated!"

"I also have to agree that Dish is 100% better than Time Warner in more ways than one. The customer service reps are friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect. I actually had scedualed service with time warner and because of the rude customer service reps and long waits on hold as well as mix up in communication, I cancelled Time Warner and ordered Dish. Glad I did! I was told that I would receive a $100.00 gift card in the mail to for signing up. That card has not yet arrived, other than that no complaints."

"I am still getting used to the hardware. I had U-Varse and DirecTV before and their hardware is not so good either. Bring in the new Uverse wireless set-up and a quad DVD and you will be getting close to the others. Also, the programming is layed out in a silly and poorly thought out order. Groups similar channels. It is near impossible to find things sometimes and the search feature is crappy and slow. Just seems like Dish is barely getting by on old tech. Update the hardware and make the channels logical."

"Dish is a very nice upgrade from Time Warner which was absolute garbage. My biggest concerns are the failed downloads of on demand programs and the remotes do not light up at all. It's not uncommon for me to be watching tv in bed in the dark. I also feel I should have been told the 6 tuner DVR is actually only 3 due to the Primetime Anytime. Dish has been nice though"
