"I am very upset, my bill said that I would have a automatic payment come out on 6/25/12 and that was what i was planning on, but now instead you have taken the payment on the 6/18/12 which has now made my account overdrawn and now not only do i have to pay you I now have an over draft of $35.00 dollars at my bank this right here is enough for me to drop your service."

"The sales rep swearing was not ok, but he knew what the current deals were and was helpful, but the sales rep stated the packages in a vague manner, so when the install tech arrived I didn't really get all that I had agreed to. The install went good, but the upselling was quite annoying. Also, the sales calls are getting old fast! overall good service, and I am enjoying the service."
