"I have DISH in operation for nearly one month and I have very good time. Few days ago we had in Aiken, SC bad weather, and Dish stop showing programs. I was ready to phone DISH and programs started to show. That happen two times. In the past, other stations have delayed for hours, without even being saying sorry. "Dish network has been my preferred TV provider for many years over its competitors including cable for several important reasons. Though I have had the other providers for the last few years, my return to DISH has been a joy. Other than channel selection and value, the most appealing aspect of your service is the channel guide ease of use. As compared to other providers, your system’s simplistic control and use has become a major advantage. But I see room for improvement… - Recording: timers should be easier to change, delete and modify. Live recordings need easier avenues to control. Better organization of recorded events and recording options. - No more channel guide advertising. Hitting the guide button twice is a pain. - More international channels. Fox soccer channel is great, but including Gol TV and a couple of European channels to America’s top 250 would be nice and a major differentiator - Blockbuster needs improvement or needs replacement by Netflix "
