"My initial review of your product and services is very good. The prompts and Guides are very clear and helpful. Some less intelligent or senior subscribers might be challenged by the "computer-like" commands for some services. The VOD services offer good choices but the expense of buying many could be problemmatic. Also, the Blockbuster portion is not very-well explained and should be emphasized to those already ON_line."

"After switching providers I am pleased that Dish granted me service. Everything seems to be complicated. Most Sundays when I am recording 2/3 shows I an unable to watch a different channel. That bad part is that I still don't know how to fix that issue. Yes I called and that wasn't much help. Another problem is the picture quality. A couple of the channels jump. Another problem is searching for vod movies. I don't even want to start on the online block buster feature. Accessing it from the t.v is pointless. The 1000's of movies are nowhere to be found. But hey, they do have soap net !"
