"We’re very happy with the extra features and lower cost of Dish, e.g. Prime Time Any Time and Dish Anywhere are a great services. The technology of The Hopper, Sling, and Joey leave the cable company’s hardware in the dust. Wish I we would have moved to Dish sooner. But it took the cable company’s raising their rates (again) to cause me to look to see what else was available, and Dish was the winner; actually we’re the winners! "

"Our DISH service is so much better than the cable service we had before. I wish I had found out sooner that DISH had better customer service AND prices! The only downside is that the dish was installed in our front yard, which isn't very attractive."

"The installer was very nice, however he tacked the large orange cable over the white siding rather than going through the crawl space which would have eliminated its visibility. I am hoping this can be corrected during the permanent install. The dish explorer app crashes often and it is disappointing that you can't control all functions on the remote with the app and that you need to have more than one app. The movies on the blockbuster feature are minimal and very old so I don't see this as having valuable service. We calso can't seem to download any tv shows from on demand, only movies. "

"Dish seems to have there things in proper order. We have never had it before, always time warner bunble. It was easy to get up with Dish and speak to a real person. The prices are better and seems the service is also. Maybe we should have done this years before."

"Switching to Dish for 2013 has been great! I love the Joeys. "I love the service!! I do have one complaint though. When we ordered our service we were told about the unlimited movies for the blockbuster feature. We were not told about needing a piece of equipment to access the blockbuster feature. The gentleman that was interacting with my wife was very rude and impatient with her. She did not understand that we needed to pay for another piece of equipment. That should have been mentioned when we signed up for your service. "
