"I did not want to get dish service when I moved into my home, but after calling the other cable and satellite providers dish had the best customers service as well as the best savings. The installation was fast and the rep was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything in detail. I love my hopper box and all its features. "We had Dish for over two years and LOVED it, but began losing our signal. Four different technicians came out and it was determined that our trees had grown too big. So we switched. We hated the new provider and after fulfilling the contract, hoped to go back to Dish. They were able to find a suitable place for the dish and I am happy once again! I LOVE the Hopper! The Prime Time Anytime is wonderful because all of the major network shows are recorded, but it does not take up my recorded space, nor does it occupy the TV, so I can watch other shows. The Hopper can also be set to automatically skip through commercials on my saved recordings from major networks. I have two TVs and I can record many shows at once. The only thing I would recommend to Dish is to have the option of showing my recorded programs as a list instead of icons. The icons can be a little difficult to read. But, I am so happy that we were able to go back to Dish. I don't ever plan on switching again. "
