"I love everything about Dish so far! The customer service has been awesome. I live in an area where I can't get any cable or Internet and my customer service representative understood my frustration. She was absolutey amazing and helped me get exactly what I wanted. So far I have zero complaints! Oh ya, the prices are very reasonable as well! I'm a very satisfied customer! If there is a way you can see who I talked to that day, ( I think it's Mallory?) she deserves a raise! She had an awesome personality and very positive!"

My only exception to being completely satisfied is with the fact when we decided we wanted to upgrade our service from the family to the 120 channel service we lost access to some of the channels that had been offered on the family package. "So far I am very happy w my new dish service. the sales rep was very knowledgable as was the installer. My only problem is with the use of the remote in my master bedroom. I have no box in the bedroom and it is synced to the receiver in the livingroom. The remote does not work properly while laying in bed and I have to get up to change channels. Other than that I am happy with the service."
