"The technician was very knowledgeable and curteous. Installation was successfull and when the technician left everything worked just like he said it would. I was late for the tech to come out to install my service at noon i call the tech back to c if he were available to come back he told me after 4pm or 5pm i was really blessed that he was able to come back the same day in the evening i want to thank him for that... "We had a struggle getting a technician in who would hook up our satellite which was frustrating. It took the technicians to finally get us hooked up and then the next say our satellite in the bedroom went down and is still down. After troubleshooting for half an hour they claim we need a new remote so we'll see. My husband is French so the ability to get French TV is pretty fantastic."

"When signing up for Dish Network vs Direct TV, I was told that I would save money monthly going with Dish and would get about the same quality and number of channels. I've had Direct TV before and it is much more user friendly in terms of navigation and programming, and for about the same amount of money I had quite a few more channels to choose from than I do now.
