"I had a little trouble at first figuring out why I didn't receive certain channels. Upon installation, te guy setting my stuff up realized the customer service rep I set things up with did not put me into the correct package. Only thing I can say is to make sure reps know what packages have what channels. I was a little frustrated when I asked if USA and outdoor channel were in the one he recommended, and they werent. I really appreciate the guy setting up my dish taking the extra time to make sure all the channels I wanted were available to me. He was very helpful! Kudos to your installers! A lil more work on your reps! "

"Our reception is fine, the thing that bothers me the most is accessing the content online. The iPad app seems to work fine, but the web version is pretty poor - some things work, like deleting lots of things at once, but other things don't work at all. Updating preferences on timers is often wrong. It feels very beta. Other than that it's been as advertised. "

"Hi, Thank you for wanting my feedback. I wish I had chose a different cable company. There are times when we are watching tv and change the channel and then it automatically puts us through to purchasing a ppv. Also, the reception has been so slow at times when we are recording a show on DVR that we have to turn off the box and TV to make it work correctly. No, we are not idiots and understand how to use a remote control. ( I thought my husband didn't know what buttons he was pushing, but it happened to me as well and the remote leads us to a different option than what we want.) I dont care for the channels you offer either. To be honest, I wish we would have chosen a different company. "
