"Switched from Direct to Dish, after 6 years with Direct. The technology of Dish Network is a great whole new experience! Sales person and tech. were super people to work with. All knew their business and wanted me to be happy with my Dish! I would have given it a 5 star, but picture did lock up one night and I had to reboot the receiver to get it to work. No known reason for this problem. I did Not call service for the problem, as it has only happen one time. The instruction book information is very lacking in information and I went on line to download larger manual, which did Not come with package. Once I learned how to use all the features of this package we were very happy with it! We are a 70 year old couple and love our tv!"
