"Okay so here goes, honestly the actual service works great, however I must be honest with you. As of now I am still waiting on someone to take care of the door that was broke accidently of course by the technician who installed the service. I also paid a month in advance and it wasn't the amount I was told I would be paying and what's worse is I ve received a bill for the service I've already been charged for and paid in advance for. The dish itself is awesome and works perfectly however I also still have a tv in one room that apparently wasn't properly programmed and doesn't and hasn't worked from the day I got the service. So to sum it up I have a broken door and door frame, Ive been over charged and then even double charged for the exact same service dates. I am paying for 4 sets although one has no signal and never has and so far to date have not been able to reach anyone to resolve these issues of being overcharged, no service on one television, no help with online registration and although the company did contact me back send an adjuster out to take pics of the damages to my home and even called me back and set up a time and date someone would be here to rectify the damages well no one ever showed and havent heard from anyone nor have i been able to get in touch with anyone to rectify any of these issues. Hope this helps and when yall find time i would greatly appreciate help with these issues. Thx!"
