"I've been please with the sevice I've gotten so far, the tech that came and hooked up our service, Will, was great, he explained everything in detail, was nice and funny, I wasn't here the first time he came, my husband was, but he had to come back to move our dish from our porch (it was on the porch when we moved in) and he placed it on a pole in the yard, he was very nice, called before he came to let us know he was coming, was here late in the evening as I was preparing supper, I offered for him to joint us but he kindly refused....As for our package, there's lots of channels, we have 4 rooms hooked up and the kids (mainly our son, daughters to young yet) can watch their own shows, we are very happy with service"

"Thought it was going to be great,till i realized you all lied about setting up my internet install,which after waiting a full week for the install,of course they didnt show,so i had to wait yat another week and set it up myself.all in all costing me 2 full weeks of blockbuster and all the internet options ect,i was extremly upset.But after waiting that long there wasnt much choice but to accept it and go on,so baring any more lies,hopefully i can just get decent service and not have to deal with customer support,im also posotive this was a pointless attempt realizing you all will justify and tell me its my fault,lol.so all in all,well..w/e,i wish myself the best of luck here"

"Quick installation and the tech was just awesome! They didn't get in a hurry, they done it right not rushed. The channel line up was great, I only wish they had a trade off deal where I could drop sports channels and get more of what I watch like the family channels instead of buying the everything package. Other than that I love Dish it is far superior to what I had before."
