"Customer service has been wonderful, however I am paying about $60 more a month than what I was paying for services from another company who provided more services than what I am getting now. No complaints on TV but the internet is slow, slow, slow. If our previous provider comes to this area, or any other provider, I will probably switch due to the cost of services and slow internet."

"I purchased the America's top 200 with HD two receivers and scheduled the installation. On the installation day, it took a bit of discussion to get the installation completed since the first installer never showed up and never contacted me. After several lengthy discussions with customer service, an installer was sent from 40 miles away on the same appointment date and installed my package. I have been very pleased with the reception during very dreary, cloudy, and often stormy conditions. I have experienced no storm fade which I did years ago when I owned a dish. Customer Service is responsive and as cheerful as they can be when irrate customers call in. "

"To set everything up was great. The guy that came out was amazing, I really just wanted to invite him to lunch. He was funny set everything up made sure I understood what he was doing and how everything worked before he left. The only issue I ever had was the whole $50 visa gift card I was supposed to have recieved. The guy that set me up with the initial service on the phone told me i'd get it but then when I called back to see about it apparently they didn't understand why he would tell me that. But other than that I'm happy with the service and the channels I have. Everyone else has been great!"

"I have had trouble from the start with the ordering process. My bill has been messed up and the installation date was messed up. I was suppose to have bundled service with the internet and have spent lots of time on the phone with customer service. The person who came out and installed my dish was great. I give him a 10. And the satelite service as far as my cable goes is great, but frankly i wonder after being on the phone tonight for another hour with customer service i wonder if my next bill will be correct. It is so frustrating to see mistakes or to be charged a price i was not quoted. "

I have now had experience with two of your installers and found them both to be very helpful and professional.
