"From the very first phone call to Dish, the entire process has been easy and pain free. I got exactly the programing that I wanted for my family without any hassle or pressure to purchase packages I did not need or want. Secondly the serviceman who cam to the house to install was fantastic. He was on time, and worked with a really difficult install, multiple rooms where there had previously been no service, and because of our loction no cell phone coverage to initiate service. We found a neighbor with a working land line and he had to make multiple trips back and forth to make sure everything was up and running properly (By the way,no neighbor up here is closer than 1/2 mile away) He was pleasant throughout the install and explanantion of how things worked. He even too the time to explain to my three year old grandson what he was doing and what tools he was using, which was greatly appreciated. Overall a great experience I would reccommend to everyone."

"I was impressed with all of the free things that I was able to get upon starting up with Dish. My wife and I had planned on not getting any TV service, but when CenturyLink was able to bundle internet with it for a low price and a lot of extras we went for it. The only complaint I have is in the channels that aren't included. I personally, would love to get our local Fox Sports Network included with the package we have and think that saying there is 120 channels in the package is a little bit of a lie considering many of them are infomercials 90% of the time."

"I deeply regret having signed up to this service. There are more chanels with advertisement than actual TV shows. The few shows are not good. I only watch the national broadcast chanels which I could have watched without dish service. In addition, the image often breaks up making it unpleasant to view. "

"I bundled our phone, internet and television programming, and have now had issues twice because I was given different information on different occasions... Why do I have to go with the top 200 to get only a partial listing of my wanted channels? I dislike the adult channels, the spanish channels and the shopping channels. Also, why count a regular channel and the HD channel as 2? Am I really getting 200? Not a good deal for me."

"I am almost satisfied with the channels I have. I had to upgrade twice to get most of what I want. I think I now have the Top 200. The following are my issues with Dish and all other TV Providers. 1. You don't provide a channel list until after one signs up for a package. I didn't know what channels I would recieve until the installer was here. If I had been provided with a channel list I could have picked the package I wanted that provided the channels I wanted the first time. 2. Most of the channels you provide in your packages are junk. I don't need a bunch of shopping channels, nor do I need spanish channels. You say you provide me with 200 channels, that may be true but you count the channel and then the channel in HD as 2 channels. With math like that you should be working in Washington DC. 3. Why don't you have a package where I can select just the channels I want? I cant understand why I need to pay for trash I will never watch and then with 200 channels still don't get every channel I would like. I have no problem with your service, it is good. Your technician was great, the on line chat help is teriffic. "
