"As I was a little skeptical about having my service from dish company because of wondering about signal issues, as we live close to the airport that there maybe interference at times from planes. However even with bad storms and airplane traffic I haven't had a single problem, not even a delay signal!! "Last month I got Dish. I love cricket and that is why I got Dish. I was looking for some company that had good cricket channels and now I found it. It has not only live cricket but also 24/7 cricket. It is a great experience on Dish. I can watch live cricket and also record the matches I don't get time to watch! "I am so happy I switched to dish! Honestly I wish I did it a LONG time ago! The amount of money I'm going to save is great! My installer was especially great. He was very helpful and was able to answer any question I threw at him. He actually informed me that my cable company had cheated me with my HD. I guess my hdmi output 1 on my tv was defected and only had pic no sound. So instead of them trouble shooting the prob they just had me running off Channel 3 not HD! He told me that after I said "wow your HD is way better than cable" he said there is a reason for that and explained the story above. Wow I wasted almost 1,000 on HD through cable all these yrs and never actually was watching it!! Thank you Dish!"

"Everything has been excellent! There was only little hiccup and that was on the day of the installation. The dish installers were a little behind but kept me notified of when they would arrive. The installment went great, they were both very friendly and explained how it all worked. The service has been great since. "The DVR hopper package is great, plenty of hours to record with multiple recordings at once. AMC is back and that is a huge plus. The only real negative is the price of the HBO/STRZ and other movie channels, much too expensive in my opinion. Overall, a good service."

"My initial review of your product and services is very good. The prompts and Guides are very clear and helpful. Some less intelligent or senior subscribers might be challenged by the "computer-like" commands for some services. The VOD services offer good choices but the expense of buying many could be problemmatic. Also, the Blockbuster portion is not very-well explained and should be emphasized to those already ON_line."

"After switching providers I am pleased that Dish granted me service. Everything seems to be complicated. Most Sundays when I am recording 2/3 shows I an unable to watch a different channel. That bad part is that I still don't know how to fix that issue. Yes I called and that wasn't much help. Another problem is the picture quality. A couple of the channels jump. Another problem is searching for vod movies. I don't even want to start on the online block buster feature. Accessing it from the t.v is pointless. The 1000's of movies are nowhere to be found. But hey, they do have soap net !"
