"I had Dish installed and it has never worked correctly. The Joeys won't connect for he hopper. Technician has been out twice. Worked for about two hours. Advanced tech rep on the phone was a reall piece of work. When she couldn't find the problem looking on her computer screen she became very rude, belligerent, and inconsiderate. I switching back to Directv because Dish is a joke "

"We had DSL through AT&T. We wanted U-verse, but then was directed to Dish Network. I signed up for HD service. I qualified for no installation fees and such. I paid a bill for the first month. Installers came and installed non HD service. Then I noticed a 49.99 additional charge from my acct. They gave me a number to dispute it. Installer had to come back a week later to install HD. So far so good after all the hassle. Still waiting on a refund....."

"I rate the installation as perfect the installer called 30minutes before hand and he was even early on arriving he did A very good job in taking the time to install the cable under the lip of the siding seams instead of just mounting the cable to the out side of the siding with staples and he explained the basic opperating features of the dish my parents and brother have dish so I was good on most of the buttons on the remote. I,ve only been ondish for about 2 weeks but I was able to watch most of the programs I enjoy.TROY MIZE"

"The package that I have, has more than enough channels. 120 in fact. However, we find ourselves only using about 12 of them. Lots of channel options, but not many good ones. We are really wanting/needing Fox Sports Oklahoma but have been unsuccessful finding it through dish. Not too shabby. Customer service is great though. "

"Due to being renters, we needed a pole mount. It did take about two weeks to finally get one because the company ran out. It was a slight inconvenience and the connection would cut out frequently. That was our only problem and once we got the pole mount, everything works great. The employees were very nice and professional. They are so helpful and explain everything! I would recommend DISH to people I know. "

"I am brand new to Dish and when I signed up I am always hearing about free hopper but when I called they never offered me anything. I had to ask for everything and still have to pay 7 a month for DVR not free DVR but a charge for a DVR. The commercials dont say that I would have to pay for anything. I did call Dish and they said it is some kind of service charge. I keep telling my self what my parents have would have been better. They have Direct and they have more channels then I do and pay about the same as I do. Blockbuster really sucks also."
