"for the most part the service has been good. the internet we have mony problems with for it running slow most of the time. we have problems starting programs with the internet. the tech that put everything into the house took 8 hours to do and it made my wife miss the family dinner that we had planned for the that night. but all in all the service for the tv's are running fine."

"My honest review goes something like this... I love the variety of channels provided in the americas top 120. I like the promotions i have received including 3 months of the movie channels, as well as blockbuster. The price seems fair also! I do not like the fact that i must remember to call and cancel the promotional free-bees by the end of 3 months, otherwise i will be charged for them. I also was told i would receive a twenty five dollar p/month discount; 15 of which is instant, and the other 10 is contingent upon me signing up for auto-pay. Something i am not opposed to at all. But when i go online to set up my auto-pay; the system already shows me as signed up for auto-pay. and nowhere have i found ANY information regarding my status for receiving the additional $10 off of my bill... Basically, the service is great. The installation guys were great. My online experience and a lot of other things involved have not been very user friendly.. Thank you for my entry. Bill C."

"I really liked the service man's honesty. Instead of trying to sell me a dish that wouldn't get a signal, he was honest and told me that there was no way I was going to get a signal from where I live. I was a little disappointed because I was looking forward to saving money, and having more channels on all of my TVs. The service man said if there was reception from the east then I would be able to get a good reception. My friend is thinking about changing to dish network. Thank you."

"Billing was not explained properly beforehand. Too many add on features and "get this for free for 3 months" type of deals. We, as customers, forget, then get billed later on for them. To me, it is a sneaky way of adding on features without customers knowledge or permission. "

Frontier DID let me know that phone and internet would be out for 2 weeks until they could get me scheduled for install so no big deal. Am saving $100/per month over what Charter wanted to charge me.
