"Nhever in my entire life have I had such a hassle setting up a service. A big part of the problem is going through a 3rd party to set up your Internet, satellite TV, etc; I went on line to look up Internet and got a company that appeared to be the real thing, when they were only a 3rd party marketer. They said the could bundle both services, so I said sure... That is where the nightmare began, which this review is not about... I had major issues with DISH over the install date(s) and in addition had to cancel the original account and create a new one... The install went OK, but took all day due to the fact that I rented a log home... Not the fault of DISH, but the whole experience has not been a good one. I am hoping the service will be good and there will be no more issues. THANK you!"

"When my service was established i was not able to use my service for 5 days the remote left for me was not functioning, the services i signed up for were wrong and i was not given what i was promised in order to choose dish over direct tv, the install that was done did not allow me to any longer lock my patio door so i literally spent hours on the phone with dish to get working service the correct service and be able to not have air coming in my door and be able to lock it. I tried getting out of my contract based on the service provided and i was told sorry i cant. Not good customer service at all. "

"So far my experience with Dish has been good and bad. Your customer service and support teams have been pleasant to deal with. However, when I signed up for Dish I was told that I would get free installation, free HBO and Showtime for 3 months and then once my credit was ran I all of a sudden could not get any of the above and even had to pay for installation, which was pretty simple since there was already a dish installed so there was very little the tech had to do. Because I am a business owner my credit has been checked so much and there is so much reporting that it dropped my score for the time being. I feel like I was judged as a "bad pay" customer. Once my contract is up, I'm not sure I will continue with your service."

"I love Dish. I had some problems with the DVR, and Tech support tried so hard to fix the problem. Since it was the DVR it's self, Dish sent me a new one and it was free for me. The prices are great, and the trial packages are wonderful. I also really enjoy the Blockbuster home. "
