"We have had our dish about 2 weeks now and I have nothing but good things to say. I was kinda sketchy about the satellite Internet but it is very fast and even held up during the ice storm we had a couple days ago. Both of my satellites were ice covered and the wind was gusting to 35 mph and we never lost signal or cut in and out... Very pleased customer!!"

"The gentleman who installed our dish was very courteous and friendly, and knowledgeable. Every other facet of dish service has been a nightmare. Starting with the first night we sat down to watch TV, when the receiver decided to shut itself off and restart every 5-10 minutes. The customer service representatives for dish were not knowledgeable or helpful. We had to ship out our old receiver and wait to have another one sent out so we could watch television. The whole experience with dish has been one problem after another. I would not recommend dish network to anyone. "

"We are very disappointed with the service, we have had dish about 3 week's now. I am still waiting for my satellite to be put on a pole in the ground, the first guy said he would be back to put it in the ground and never showed back up, the satellite is in my backyard on cinder blocks. So about four days later we call dish and they send someone back to put it on a pole that day. When the second guy shows up he has no poles to put it in the ground and says he will be back in a week to put it in, we are still waiting. And the reception isn't very good right now we keep loosing signal. We are about to cancel everything and shop somewhere else. When we signed up for dish they were supposed to send us a $150 gift card and $25 gift card we never received those. Dish is loosing a customer."
