"My system does everything that it claimed it could do. The Hopper is amazing. My flat screen is mounted on the wall. The Hopper is in the closet behind the wall. The remote signal works through the wall. We love all the technical details. I do not like all the come-on pricing. Once you pay for all the services, the price is almost double. Plus next year the price jumps $20.00 more per month. "

"I'm still getting used to it but I love it, it is a little confusing at first. Although I have noticed when ever recorded things, and went back to watch it it's like it's missing some of the sound kinda like it's skipping or losing a little bit of its signal. as for just watching regular shows I have no problems with it I do love it and it's cheaper than cable."

"I called about service and told the person I did not want any surprises. I wanted ervything up front before we went any further with me signing up. Itwasn't until the end when he was reading the discloser form that I was told about a 2 year contract. I was already charged on my credit card and he had already signed me up with ATT internet.Had he told me about the 2 year contract up front I wouldn't have wasted 45 mins. on the phone. After 3 phone calls waiting 10 to 15 min each and 5 days later I got my credit back. No I am not happy."

"I have been pleased with Dish except for one thing. All the channels trying to sell items. Since I pay for my service, I do not really appreciate being constantly bombarded with sells pitches. I watch TV for shows, not sells. I feel that these channels would be better utilized and your customers would be happier with entertainment channels instead of infomercials. We are not really getting the channels advertised, since so many of them are informercial channels. "

"The dvr was a bit tricky to figure out at first with it controlling 2 tvs from the same box. After trial and error it now works great. The only thing I dislike is that there is a picture to sound gap on the second tv sometimes when watching a recorded show. Besides that I am happy to say good bye to cable."

"I have had DISH Network installed for about a month now and am enjoying the variety of channels available. The Installation process was very professional and accommodating to my needs. Being located in a rural area there is only one thing I miss. We are tied to a metropolitan area for our local channels when a smaller city is available, however we can't get that local news. Overall my experience has been very good. The picture quality is exceptional and the price is a good value for the service provided. "

"I like the programming and price of Dish, but I think I should be able to block all adult content. When I sign online to order pay per view there is an "adult" section and a "nude" section. Since we're not interested in either one I feel I should be able to block them, but can't. Other than that, we're happy with the service we've received so far. "
