"I have 4 TV's in my house, and I thought when I sign up for dish, that all 4 would be able to watch whatever they want when ever they want. But when the installer set everything up, he told us the there was only 3 tuners so... that meant that only 3 TV's will be able to watch whatever they want. and the 4th will either be able to "join in" or watch DVR. As far as video quality and service Dish Network works good."

"We had a struggle getting a technician in who would hook up our satellite which was frustrating. It took the technicians to finally get us hooked up and then the next say our satellite in the bedroom went down and is still down. After troubleshooting for half an hour they claim we need a new remote so we'll see. My husband is French so the ability to get French TV is pretty fantastic."

Also the remote could be laid out much better and be back lit. Key buttons should be larger and redesign secondary buttons to be multifunctional. Quality is great, very satisfied. "

"The installation was a little less than pleasant, being they drilled through two electrical wires in my house. However, thus far they have done a good job of paying for an electrician to come and fix it when I said it needed to be fixed. However, there is still a hole in my wall. So we'll see if they take care of that too. The techs where very good at explaining things and getting the job finished like they said. "
