"I signed up for the Hopper for four televisions. I find that if three televisions are in use, two have to watch the same channel. This is not how I was led to believe this system works. I am also not happy with the fact that I have to use two remotes to control the television in my living room, the satelite boxes were left hanging down the wall by their wires from my televisions, and that my lliving room is labeled as the bathroom on the Hopper."

"So far there are a couple things that I am not satisfied with. The first and most important thing is your typo involving our name, when we set our service up we spelled our name clearly to the rep and he still managed to misspell it. Correct me if I'm wrong but based on your companys mistake it makes our two year contract an automatic "void" because you are committing fraud on your end. Second, it was not discussed that the monthly payment was going to be automatically withdrawn from our account and it is my understanding that something like that needs to be addressed before there is pen to paper. If this is how you run a business then you need to get a little more training in every area cause we are not satisfied so far!"

"I was with Direct TV for 4 years with their best HD DVR recievers and when I switched to Dish my wife and I both noticed the better quality in the picture. I thought they should be the same with a digital signal and the installer told us that it was the new Hopper's circuitry making the difference. Either way it alot better.
