"I started up my service again after 2 yrs without it and the day I called installers were out to hook it up within 2 hrs. I am pleased with the number of choices and channels we have and the ability to change my package at any time. The customer service agent helped me figure out which package I should choose based on what my family needed and was not pushy about trying to sell me the most expensive package. Overall I am very happy about having Dish network back in my home. "

I was at one point being doubled billed for internet service, but with the aid from customer service as of now the issue has been resolved. "Starting with the installer, who was really good and did a great job, to customer service, I have had a good experience with Dish Network. The Hopper and Hopper with sling are really a plus, with being able to watch a program in any room. The only problem has been that in my area we had to bundle with Frontier for phone and Internet. Frontier in our area only offers DSL internet and the signal strength is not strong enough for downloading Blockbuster@home and On Demand. I am unable to use these features properly because of the DSL signal strength. "

"My family enjoys all the channels Dish had to offer; however, we do not like the pricing. I know that other companies are higher but i do not see why we have to upgrade to a new package just to get the channels we watch plus pay for a lot of the other channels that we could care less about like all the sports channels. We are not sports people. There should be some way to choose only the channels we watch and cut out all the other junk we do not watch and the pricing should be based on that. We are liking the satilite internet though. It is fast and I am glad we didn't have to go with dial up or some expensive company because we probably just would have went without it."

"I connot recall when we first started with Dish TV. it must have been about four oe five years ago. I have just recently added my computer to the service and am very happy with the new service. My number 2 controller that is for my bedroom TV quit working and when I called to let them know they sent me a new controller without charge and were very helpful in assisting me in getting it programed. Now everything is working fine and have no complaints and plan to continue with the service. It is obvious that no other provider can offer anything better. "

"The tech that installed my Dish was very helpful. When I initally signed up over the phone, it was a rather lengthy & confusing process. The idea of having to go online to get a discount after your service has been installed is not the most user friendly process. My system lost some of the channels the other night but I was able to call in & have the rep reset my system."
