"I was really impressed that my install tech worked tirelessly to get my dish installed with a great signal. "I had a little trouble at first figuring out why I didn't receive certain channels. Upon installation, te guy setting my stuff up realized the customer service rep I set things up with did not put me into the correct package. Only thing I can say is to make sure reps know what packages have what channels. I was a little frustrated when I asked if USA and outdoor channel were in the one he recommended, and they werent. I really appreciate the guy setting up my dish taking the extra time to make sure all the channels I wanted were available to me. He was very helpful! Kudos to your installers! A lil more work on your reps! "

"After years of enduring the poorest customer service I have encountered with DirectTV, I called Dish Network to discuss the option of switching. I was very pleased to actually speak to a live person, John, who spent time explaining Dish options and pricing in detail to find the right package for me. John went the extra mile, conferencing with myself and my daughter who assisted me. He was patient, answering all of my questions, and found a package that works for me and my budget. To date, all commitments and schedules have been met by Dish. What used to take hours on the telephone with DirectTV with unreasonable hold times and multiple transfers once I finally reached a real person, now takes minutes with Dish Network. I rarely have the opportunity to write a good customer service review, and am extremely happy to write one for Dish. Thank you Dish Network!"

"We switch from Cable to Dish and have been very happy with Dish. We get so many more channels, and at a much cheaper price. We ordered the Sling adapter with our Hopper, but I am struggeling getting a good tv signal to my devices. The sling only seems to work well while watching SD channels rather than HD. Pause in one room, and play in another is an awesome feature."

"The 120 Channel package is filled with nothing but shopping and junk. No MSNBC, no Mariners Channel. So far we have found nothing to watch other than the local stations. In addition, the TV guide is cumbersome to navigate. We are pretty unimpressed with this package for the price."

"I am not very happy with DISH Network since receiving my first bill which I was charged for items that I was told would be free. Trying to contact DISH and talk to a human is almost impossible, when I did - all I got was the run around. Call this number and call that number. Finally got a hold of a manager that promised me he would call me directly within a couple of days, that hasn't happened either. Is this why you make us sign a 2yr contract so that once we are obligated you treat us like crap???"

"I am a new customer to Dish. I have been very pleased with everything. Dish has given me two free paper-view credits to watch any movies up to $4.99 each.....Awesome. Also the guide channel is fantastic. I can set up alarms, DVR shows, etc. I am truely happy with Dish and the low monthly rate. I do live in a ski community, and we had a lot of snow for 3 days. I had no problems with my reception what so ever. "

"Our reception is fine, the thing that bothers me the most is accessing the content online. The iPad app seems to work fine, but the web version is pretty poor - some things work, like deleting lots of things at once, but other things don't work at all. Updating preferences on timers is often wrong. It feels very beta. Other than that it's been as advertised. "

"We've overall had an okay experience with Dish. The tv portion is great. We have had some issues with customer service. Customer service representatives have been extremely confusing and back and forth. The representative we talked to on the phone while setting up Dish told us one thing and then the installer came and changed the price we were set up to pay. That was very frustrating. BUT we did get it fixed so overall it has been alright."

"Hi, Thank you for wanting my feedback. I wish I had chose a different cable company. There are times when we are watching tv and change the channel and then it automatically puts us through to purchasing a ppv. Also, the reception has been so slow at times when we are recording a show on DVR that we have to turn off the box and TV to make it work correctly. No, we are not idiots and understand how to use a remote control. ( I thought my husband didn't know what buttons he was pushing, but it happened to me as well and the remote leads us to a different option than what we want.) I dont care for the channels you offer either. To be honest, I wish we would have chosen a different company. "
