"Enjoying all the shows. I love the customer service I have anytime I need it with connections or lose of channels. I have dish for Indian channels, i just don't like the packaging of different channels, the fact that even if I purchase the mega Hindi package, the religion channels are not added to it. I think this is money making scheme and taking advantage of the situation. Other then that I love it. "

"I use to be skeptical about how good satellite service could be. But ever since I had my dish set up I have now become a fan. Our package has all the channels my family and I watch and it is at a very affordable price. The high definition comes in crystal clear! And the hopper is so awesome. It enables us to record all of our favorite shows! When I had cable I use to only be able to record 2 shows but now I can do up to 3! "The TV service is fair to moderate at best. Sometimes there are issues with the connection between the Joey and the hopper. I hate that certain stations are automatically recorded and all too often this results in one or two receivers not being able to view LIVE TV! The channel selections and the monthly price are two positives. The Internet service is just pathetic. Very slow service and I would have to say that the connection is only good enough to use 50% of the time. "

"When I first got the dish....I received one hopper with 3 Joey's. My kids told me that their room Joey's could not see different programs and can only see the same program. I was very disapointed. I called Dish and they heard my complain and knowing I had that issue....gave me another Hopper for free. This was amazing! The service then was tremendous.
