"The TV/dish package is fine. The internet went out within the first few days, and then I had a flashback of awful Comcast days - I spoke to 7 different people, got cut off, got 7 different answers, gave up, and eventually my internet came back the next day. Other than that I'm happy with Dish so far. The people who answered the phone were 50% excellent and 50% had an attitude. I guess that's what you have to expect from cable companies."

"Sept. 13 I was set up for Dish service. I was very Pleased with the service and the quality delivered. However my sales person James of centry Link, promissed two $50.00 visas which I have yet to see and my install for the dual box was set up incorrectly by the installer. We have not started off on the right foot. After a week of not being able to figure out the second TV and remote I called in. The first rep was rude and seem to go out of his way to make me feel stupid. The second person I spoke with I was disconected and the third she was great. See the first person just got my remote working not getting to the root of the issue. The third person the lady was patient and made sure all remotes worked and deboned the problem until she figured out the installer hook the cable up incorretly. Almost went back to my original provider. Not sure if this a review you want. To review in more depth you may email."

"I cancelled the dish service only one day after having it in stalled. The remote control was too complicated. I somehow got on a channel that we don't get and I couldn't get off that channel. I pushed the arrows to go forward, backward, previous channel, turned tv off and then on to no avail. I decided I can't have a service where after 30 minutes I still can't figure out how to get off this channel. I have just purchased a converter box and will get just local channels for free and forget the bs with dish. "
