"The dish installation was great but the reception on TV 2 in my bedroom is very fuzzy and not acceptable. I had to switch tv from the portable that i had when the installer was there and the smaller tv did not show the snow as badly. I replaced it with a 47inch vizio HD brand new from Walmart and the snow is awful. i have scheduled a tech to come back out and fix the images on tv 2 and the picture on TV 1 is vaery dark...not completely satisfied"

"When the installer arrived it was discovered that I could not use the Hopper due to the distance between two of the TV's. So he had to make some adjustments in the set up, which he did without complaint. However, he did not leave a second DVR on the set that was out of reach of the Hopper, so we had to call and get another service date set. I am truly enjoying the programing and all the extra's that Dish provides and am sure that I will enjoy this service for years to come. "

"its odd adjusting from comcast to dish. one thing that i do like is the free DVR. i also like being able to make a favorites list and all of the movie channels being grouped together. i do not like the fact that there is no on demand. the online feature is just a pain. ive had dish for weeks and still cant figure out how to get it to work.
