Alongside former Colts coach, Tony Dungy, and former Steelers coach, Bill Cowher, Mike Shanahan is at the top of every short list in the NFL. Today he’s off the short list and in the catbird seat in the nation’s capital. I think the Washington Redskins just got a whole lot better, and the landscape of the NFC East Division, which includes the Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Eagles, and New York Giants, just got a whole lot more interesting.
