DISH Network And HBO Team Up To Deliver Great Movies In November |Check Out Australia!
I’m always amazed at the great selection of movies offered on DISH Network’s many entertaining channels. Personally, I’m a huge fan of HBO, for their original programs and, most recently, for their movie lineup. Great films are a real deal on DISH TV!
I have a tough time sitting still for long periods of time, so movies don’t always appeal to me. To sit in one spot for two hours, or longer, the film has to be really good. Last night I watched ‘Australia’ (with Hugh Jackman and Nicole Kidman). That movie is absolutely fantastic! I loved it. It’s definitely an epic (nearly 3 HOURS long) but every moment is fascinating.
The little boy, Nullah, steals the show. I don’t recall the name of the actor who plays him (Brandon something?) but, wow, that little guy is great. If you’ve ever seen the western ‘Shane’ you know how irritating the kid who stars in that vintage movie was; the fact that the movie ever became a hit was entirely in spite of that annoying child. Australia’s Nullah, on the opposite end of the child-actor spectrum, is just delightful.
Don’t worry about Australia’s 3-hr run time; it will fly by. This is a must-watch movie! DISH Network specials always allows access to the very best satellite entertaiment!
