"I am a bit dissappointed with my service. I asked the installer if I could change from a single TV HD VCR to a dual TV HD VCR. I was told he did not have one on his truck and I should just call Dish and they would send me one. I called Dish and they said I had to change it within the first week. No one told me that so I ended up asking for the new one 10 days later. Now they want $100 to change. Not a nice way to start a service with a new company. If you could change out my box as mentioned above, I would change my rating to a higher one. At this point, I would not recommend anyone get Dish. "
