"My name is Maris, I called around October 18 because I wanted to have cable. Brian was the name of the nice gentleman that had the patience to help me. He gave me wonderful service since he gave me all the information about the packets, he gave me discounts, review all the terms and agreements and was very respectful and helpful to me. Therefore, I have a great concept from Dish network since once they came to set up the cable, another expert came with a great smile and even if he had a lot of troubled and didn't finished as planned he didn't seem angry or anxious. Indeed he had a smile in his face working rapidly but answer all the questions and asked me if I had any other. So dish network is amazing!"

"The selection is fine-more than we need-and the Hopper machine is working well. After two weeks of casual use (my family is more of a TV user than I am), I'm still a bit confused about how to use remote to 1)cancel recording or 2) turn on other equipment (e.g., the receiver through which all the signals pass for surround sound and via HDMI cables to the TV), but I'm sure I'll get the hang of these tasks soon (if possible on the control issue). The best thing is that I've reduced my bill substantially, without losing any programming I really care about (I supplement my use with Netflix). All around, quite a bit of a better deal when compared to AT&T and Comcast (Xfinity)."
