"I purchased an additional receiver and tailgate antenna for my RV. was unable to enjoy Dish while camping. was told by Dish rep. that Rec'vr (ViP211K) needed to download updated software first, at home or on a manual antenna. Would have been nice if I were told that before I left. Service folks couldn't be nicer and I am satisfied with the quality."

"the installation was good but the channel surfing is too slow. it takes 4-5 second delay to see from one channel to the next. picture is not clear,weather easily affect the signals and causing bad picture."
