"Unfortunately we thought we were signing up for an entirely different package, ATT Uverse, who ever we spoke to on the phone some how got us signed up on Dish. I called within 30 days to bring this to a Dish representative's attention, we were basically told too bad and we would be stuck with Dish for 24 months. I WOULD NEVER recommend Dish not only for the horrible customer service. We also have had issues from day one with our "blockbuster at home feature." It works maybe every other day, when calling to get this resolved, I was told-"well its not costing you anything its a free service. Nicole Williams "
