"Most customers don't like last minute surprises. When your installer got thru checking eveything out he said he had some good news & some bad news. The good news was that everything worked O.K.--the bad news was that we were on Phoenix local net work channels & we live in Tucson. "Reception excellent. Initial installation competent. Problem is with follow-up. I called local "bluestake" services, as required...but then Dish never showed up to install post for dish and bury cable. It's OK, but now going on a month with the temporary stand anchored with cinderblocks and cable running to house across the bare ground surface. Come'on Dish, you can be more professional."
