"Dear Dish, I'm a brand new customer of Dish Network, having had DirectTV for 3 years. The cost at Dish is significantly less than DirectTV! I had this installed this morning - so I obviously haven't had much time to work with it. The only thing I notice is that the Search on DTV appears to be better than Dish - but that could change once I get to know the system. Eric, the young man who did my installation was thorough, organized, methodical and friendly. He did a good job of explaining all the Dish components and features. Check back with me in 3 months - I'll probably have changed my mind by then. ;) Overall...good job Dish!"

"At first I didn't like it but now that I have used every day I am getting used to it and have changed my mind. "The first person sent to install Dish network did not know how to install Dish Network on an RV. That person call someone else to that was experienced in install Dish Network on an RV. This person arrived on the next day and install the Network. The price is not the agreed upon price as agreed upon the phone when arrangements were made. I made corrections on-line and they are still not correct. I hope this is corrected! And I hope this experience is not what the future experience will be."
